RETURN POLICY Unless stated otherwise in our detailed Return and Exchange Policy, products once purchased are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged under normal circumstances.

SHIPPING TIME The standard shipping time for delivering orders within Pakistan is 7 working days. For international orders outside Pakistan, delivery usually takes up to 15 working days.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS At Ruqias, we try our best to keep all information 100% accurate. However, if a product is listed with the wrong price or incorrect details due to a typing mistake, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product. We can cancel the order even if it has been confirmed and your card has been charged. If your card was charged and we cancel the order, we will immediately refund the full amount back to your card account.

PAYMENT OF DUTIES AND TAXES For international deliveries, import duties and local taxes are not included in the product’s price. The customer is fully responsible for paying any extra import duties, local taxes, or customs administration charges when receiving the parcel.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENT CONFIRMATION If you pay using a Credit or Debit card, your order will only be shipped after we receive payment confirmation from the bank. Please note that bank confirmation can take a few working days.
